Chef Edison Espejo
Growing up between two cultures and inspired by my Peruvian heritage, I created Inti Kitchen Co. to share the flavors, traditions, and hospitality that define Peruvian cuisine.
Today, I bring those traditions to every table through elevated private dining experiences, catering, and chef-crafted meal prep. Every menu is throughtfully prepared using quality ingredients, modern culinary techniques, and a deep respect for authentic Peruvian flavors.
For me, great food is more than a meal - it's a way to bring people together and create lasting memories.
